Why can't I buy from your website?

We found it nearly impossible to have all of the options we would need to cover all of the services we provide. So, in order to make things simple, we decided to have the website more of an online catalogue.

If you do not find the product or garment you want, please contact us. We haven’t added every single product available but we have selected what are (in our opinion) the most popular products.

How do I find the product I am looking for?

Use the navigation links at the top of each page. Alternatively, use the search box at the top left of each page. If you are still unable to find the product you are looking for, click here to contact us

Do you supply samples?

Yes. All samples are charged in full and refunded upon return. This does not include personalised samples which are non-returnable. Occassionally we may send samples on a sale or return basis.

Do your prices Include VAT?

No. All prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added to your order, if appropriate, as you progress through the checkout.

Do your prices include the cost of my logo design?

All prices exclude this service. Click here for information on our garment personalisation service.

How fast can you deliver personalised products?

We average 7-10 working days from artwork and order acknowledgement. Sometimes this can extend to 10-14 working days during busy periods.

We can often work to shorter deadlines, please contact us if you have a very tight deadline.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment using most credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. If you wish to pay by cheque, you can post your cheque (stating your order number) to:

Can we open a credit account?

We require payment with orders however once an order history has been established we would be happy to look into offering a payment on delivery account. Sorry, we can not open accounts for individuals.

Will you send me junk emails?

Absolutely not. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only send you further information about our products if you request it at the point of registering or ordering.

How do I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the order as long as we have not already completed or dispatched it. If you wish to cancel, please contact us. If you have already received the goods, you can return them to us within 30 days unused and in their original packaging for a full refund*.

*Products that have been personalised as per your order requirements are NON-REFUNDABLE.
